About The Tutorials:

Welcome to the Ada Tutorials section. Here you will find links to tutorials specially made to learn the Ada programming language in all its glory. These tutorials offer an alternative to the classic learning methods in that they offer an interactive means of letting you learn at your own pace while testing the knowledge you already learned.

As everything in Ada World, there's always room to grow, I might not have every single tutorial there is, but it is my goal, so feel free to let me know of tutorials you can't find here so I can update this list.

 The Ada Tutorials:

And here are the tutorials, for your learning needs. I hope they help you as they have helped me in my Ada learnings.

  • Ada Lovelace Tutorial
The Lovelace tutorial is the first one I read when I started my Ada learning. To me, it's the best one to take first, gives you a very good idea on how Ada works and what it can do for your in your programming endeavours. Take this turorial straight from the authot's website.

  • Learn Ada On The Web
This tutorial presents a somewhat different way of learning Ada. It certainly doesn't make it any less of a good tutorial. In fact, I would say some people will learn better from this tutorial than they would with the Lovelace tutorial just because of the different approach to learning Ada it offers. It depends on the person.

  • Introduction To Ada
A less interactive tutorial. However, its order of subject matter offers a more classical approach to learning Ada. This tutorial is written by Dale Stanbrough. Again, I'm sure that this will end up being a good method of learning Ada to some people.

  • Ada tutor
Yet another approach to learning ada. This one is in the form of a teaching program, written in Ada, that tries to conver alot of grounds. I recently tried this one and I find it has unique contents that I haven't seen in others.
